Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Recreational Baseball

Refunds available if player no longer wants to play. Refund requests must be submitted by March 8th by contacting lybsaboard@gmail.com Refunds requests submitted after March 8th will not be accepted. Any credit card refunds issued will be returned minus the credit card processing fee.

Recreational Softball

Refunds available if player no longer wants to play. Refund requests must be submitted by March 8th by contacting lybsaboard@gmail.com Refunds requests submitted after March 8th will not be accepted. Any credit card refunds issued will be returned minus the credit card processing fee.

Spring Thunder Invitational

No games played full refund. One game played 50% refund. More than one game played is considered a full tournament, no refund. Refunds will be less credit card processing fee (if applicable) and $150 administration fee.

Tee Ball and Developmental

West Michigan Invitational
