Thanks again for volunteering to help coach/ manage an LYBSA team(s). The only individuals who will be assigned as coach or manager to a team’s roster must clear a background check. The intent of this policy to is to protect the members of the program. The link below will take you to a secure site to enter your personal information.

To help ensure confidentially, no one other than the board member(s) designated shall see the full results of any background report. Please note that your submission of information via the link will not be authorized to be processed unless the designated board member(s) has received confirmation from the Director of your program.
